Rockhaven Resources Ltd. to hold Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders on September 16, 2013

July 11, 2013 – Rockhaven Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: RK) announces that it will be holding an annual general (and special) meeting of shareholders on September 16, 2013, at which directors will be elected. Only shareholders of record at the close of business on July 31, 2013 who either personally attend the meeting or who complete and deliver an instrument of proxy or voting instruction form will be entitled to have their shares voted at the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
