RJK ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Kirkland Lake, Ontario – February 1 7, 202 2 – RJK Explorations Ltd. (“RJK” or “the
Company”) (TSXV: RJX.A, US OTC: RJKAF) announces that it has closed a non-brokered
private placement offering of units ("Units"). Pursuant to this closing, the Company raised a total
of $100,000 for the issuance of 833,333 Units of the Company at a price of $0.12 per Unit.
Each Unit consists of one Class A common share of the Company ("Common Share") and one
class A common share purchase warrant (each such warrant, a " Warrant"). Each Warrant will
entitle the holder to purchase one Common Share in the capital of the Company at a price of
$0.25 for a period of three years . The gross proceeds from the sale of the Units will be used to
for general working capital and to fund explora tion work on the Company's Cobalt Ontario
Diamond Project.
All securities issued pursuant to the Offering are subject to a statutory hold period ending June
18, 2022. The Offering remains subject to final acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
