Orex Minerals Announces Change to CFO
November 29, 2024: Vancouver, BC – Orex Minerals Inc. (TSX -V: REX – OTCQB: ORMNF)
("Orex" or the "Company") announces the appointment of Mr. Rakesh Malhotra, an experienced
finance executive with proven success in strategic finance, as Chief Financial Officer effective
December 1, 2024. Malhotra has over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance and internal
controls, including senior management positions in publicly traded and private companies in both
Canada and the USA.
Ross Wilmot will be resigning as CFO and Director of the Company. Orex would like to thank
Mr. Wilmot for his contribution to the company since its inception.

Mr. Rakesh Malhotra – Professional Biography
Mr. Malhotra started his career working for audit firm A.F Ferguson & Co. (correspondent for KPMG)
and later moved to the Middle East and worked for 5 years with the highly successful International
Bahwan Group of Companies in a senior finance position. From 2001 to 2005, he worked as Vice
President of Finance for a private group of service companies in Toronto and from 2006 to 2018, as
corporate controller and director for the Canadian subsidiary of the US multinational Diebold Nixdorf,
Inc. In addition, Mr. Malhotra was a CFO/Consultant to mining companies which included Midlan d
Minerals Corp. (King Global Ventures Inc.), Infrastructure Materials Corp., Pacific Copper Corp., and
Chile Mining Technologies Inc. Mr. Malhotra is a United States Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and
a Canadian Public Accountant (CPA, CA). Mr. Malhotra graduated with Bachelor of Commerce
(Honors) degree from the University of Delhi (India) and obtained his CA designation in India.
