Resolve Announces Voting Results From Annual General Meeting Of Shareholders

Montreal, Quebec, August 13, 2026 TheNewswire - ReSolve Energy Inc. (CSE: RESO) announces the approval of each of the matters set out in the Corporation’s Management Information Circular dated July 13, 2026 at the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held via webcast on August 12, 2026 (the “Meeting”).

 

A total number of 12,915,598 shares, representing 35.34% of the Corporation’s 36,549,992 issued and outstanding shares, were represented and voted at the Meeting.  

 

1. Election of Directors

 

Each of the nominees listed in the Corporation’s management information circular was elected as a director of the Corporation to hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until his successor is duly elected or appointed. The voting results were as follows:

2. Appointment of Auditors

 

Shareholders approved the appointment of the auditors of the Corporation to hold office until the close of the next annual meeting of shareholders and authorized the directors to fix the auditors’ remuneration. The voting results were as follows:
