RED ROCK TERMINATES DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT WITH BITRICS GLOBAL MEDIA

January 2, 2019 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Red Rock Capital Corp. (TSXV: RCC.H) (the

“Company”) announces that the definitive amalgamation agreement entered into with Bitrics

Global Media Inc. (“Bitrics”) has been terminated effective immediately. In connection with the

proposed acquisition of Bitrics, no funds were advanced to Bitrics or any of its related parties

and the Company did not assume any contingent liabilities or guarantees. F or further

information concerning the definitive amalgamation agreement entered into with Bitrics, readers

are encouraged to review the Company’s news release of October 31, 2018.

At this time the Company anticipates resuming its review of potential “Qualifying Transactions”,

and will provide further information on this review as it progresses.

The Company has requested that trading in its common shares resume on the TSX Venture

Exchange, and will issue a further news release once the effective date for the resumption has

been confirmed.
