Red Rock Capital Receives Extension to Deadline to Complete a Qualifying Transaction

Vancouver, BC, July 22, 2015 – Red Rock Capital Corp. (TSXV: RCC.H) (“Red Rock” or the “Company”) announces that the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”) has granted the Company conditional approval of an extension to the deadline by which it must complete a Qualifying Transaction (as such term is defined in the Exchange policies). As a result of the extension, the Company now has until December 22, 2015 to complete a Qualifying Transaction.

If the Company does not complete a Qualifying Transaction by December 22, 2015, the Company’s common shares will be transferred to the NEX board of the Exchange (“NEX”). The Company’s common shares are currently halted from trading. Reinstatement of trading will occur either when the Company completes a Qualifying Transaction or at the time of its transfer to NEX.
