RED ROCK CAPITAL COMPLETES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

December 6th, 2017 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Red Rock Capital Corp. (the “Company”)

announces that it has completed a private placement for gross proceeds of $ 770,000. T he

placement was oversubscribed, and on closing the Company issued 7,000,000 common shares

at a price of $0.11 per share.

All shares issued in the private placement are subject to a four-month-and-one-day statutory

hold period. In connection with the closing, the Company paid a finders’ fee of $61,600 to an

individual who assisted in facilitating the placement.
