RED ROCK CAPITAL ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGES

July 17, 2017 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Red Rock Capital Corp. (the “Company”) is

pleased to announce that effective immediately it has reconstituted its board of directors to

consist of Richard Grayston, Mark Ferguson and Richard Ko. Mr. Grayston has been appointed

as Chief Executive Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company, and Mr. Ferguson as Chief

Financial Officer.

In connection with the changes, the Company has accepted the resignations of Mike Veldhuis,

Andrew Cheshire and Desmond Balakrishnan from the board of directors. The Company

thanks Messrs. Veldhuis, Cheshire and Balakrishnan for their service to the Company over the

years.
