RED ROCK ANNOUNCES BOARD AND MANAGEMENT CHANGES

August 14, 2020 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Red Rock Capital Corp. (the “Company”)

(TSXV: RCC.H) announces that Aleem Nathwani, Robert Chisholm and Yana Bobrovskaya

have been appointed to the board of directors of t he Company. In connection with their

appointments, Peter Born, Mark Ferguson and Richard Ko have resigned from the Company.

The new board of directors has appointed Aleem Nathwani as Chief Executive Officer, and

Robert Chisholm as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary.
