ROCHESTER GRANTS OPTIONS

Vancouver, British Columbia – July 30th 2020: - Rochester Resour ces Ltd. (TSX V: RCT and

Frankfurt: R5I) (the “Company”) announces the granting of stock options to officers, directors and

employees for the purchase of 2,085,000 common shares, at a n exercise price of $0. 05 per share for a

period of three years.
