ROCHESTER APPOINTS NICK DEMARE AS CEO

Vancouver, British Columbia – March 14, 2018 : - Rochester Resources Ltd. (TSXV: RCT and

Frankfurt: R5I) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Nick DeMare as CEO

of the Company effective immediately. Mr. DeMare has been a director and Chairman of the Company

since June 2007. Mr. Eduardo Luna, the outgoing CEO, will remain a director and assume Mr. DeMare’s

previous role as Chairman.
