Rock Tech Provides Update on Reverse Takeover
Vancouver, BC, Canada – September 23, 2014 – Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (the "Company") (TSX- V: RCK) wishes to provide an update regarding its reverse takeover (the “RTO”) with Brainworks Capital Management (Private) Limited, as previously announced on November 28, 2013.
On August 8, 2014, the Company filed a draft disclosure document and other related documentation to the TSX Venture Exchange (t he “Exchange”) for review . The Company received initial feedback from the Exchange during the week ending September 19, 2014, and is in the process of addressing the comments received.
Completion of the RTO is subject to a number of conditions, including Exchange acceptance and shareholder approval. The RTO cannot close until the required shareholder approvals are obtained. There can be no assurance that the RTO will be completed as proposed or at all.
Trading in the common shares of Rock Tech will remain halted pending further filings with the Exchange. Additional information will be provided in subsequent news releases and prior to any resumption in trading.
