Rock Tech Lithium Inc. Receives Additional Great Lakes Graphite Shares

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, January 16, 2015 – Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (TSX-Venture: RCK) (the “Company” or “Rock Tech”) makes the following announcement in accordance with National Instrument 62-103 The Early Warning System and Related Take Over Bids and Insider Reporting Issues.

Rock Tech advises that today it will file an early warning report in connection with the issuance by Great Lakes Graphite Inc. (“Great Lakes”) to Rock Tech of an aggregate of 3,831,739 common shares (the “Shares”) of Great Lakes. The Shares were issued by Great Lakes pursuant to a previously disclosed property option agreement between Rock Tech and Great Lakes. Rock Tech now holds a total of 9,017,212 common shares of Great Lakes, representing 11.46% of Great Lakes’ current issued and outstanding share capital (78,714,820 common shares). Rock Tech advises it did not act jointly with any other party in acquiring the Shares.
