, an NI 43-101 Technical Report (the "Technical Report") completed by

DMT GmbH & Co. KG ("DMT") has been filed on SEDAR.

The Technical Report assesses the resource potential at Rock Tech's flagship 100%-owned

Georgia Lake lithium property in the Thunder Bay Mining District of

Northwest Ontario, Canada

.

The Company also announces that it has issued 25,490 shares to an arm's length consultant related

to a shares-for-services agreement. The shares were issued at a price of

$1.02

and carry a four-

month hold period.
