/CNW/ - Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (the "Company" or "Rock Tech") announces

that, in accordance with the Company's Stock Option Plan, it has granted 100,000 incentive stock options (the

"

Options

") to an officer of the Company. The Options have an exercise price of

$4.92

per share and will expire

six years from the date of grant. The Options will vest over a 4-year period with 25% of the Options vesting on

the first anniversary of the date of grant and the remaining options vesting in equal monthly instalments

thereafter.
