ROCK TECH ENTERS INTO LOI TO ACQUIRE ADDITIONAL LITHIUM CLAIMS

Vancouver, BC, October 21, 2010 – ROCK TECH LITHIUM INC. (TSX‐Venture: RCK and Frankfurt: RJIA) ("Rock Tech") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a binding letter of intent to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Brandon Exploration Inc., a private BC company (the "Privateco") which holds certain mineral exploration claims in Quebec. In consideration, Rock Tech will issue to the shareholders of the Privateco an aggregate of 4,000,000 common shares of Rock Tech.

The mineral exploration property is comprised of 376 claims covering an approximate area of 19,552 hectares located in the James Bay area in Quebec; and 630 claims covering an approximate area of 30,992 hectares located in the Val d’Or region in Quebec.

The acquisition is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The issued common shares of Rock Tech will be subject to a four month hold period.
