Rock Tech Appoints Brad Barnett as Interim CFO; Accepts Chuck Jenkins’ Resignation

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, December 1, 2014 – Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (TSX-Venture: RCK) (the “Company” or “Rock Tech”) announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed Brad Barnett, M.Sc., as Interim CFO effective immediately. Mr. Barnett’s appointment follows the Board’s acceptance of Chuck Jenkins’ resignation.
