Rock Tech Announces Grant of Stock Options

Vancouver, B.C., December 15, 2022 – Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (TSX-V: RCK) (OTCQX: RCKTF) (FWB: RJIB) (WKN:

A1XF0V) ("Rock Tech" or the "Company") announces that it has granted an aggregate of 150,000 stock options

to the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.

The Board of Directors has granted an aggregate of 150,000 stock options to Mrs. Sonja Rossteuscher, Chief

Financial Officer of the Company. The stock options were granted effective December 15, 2022 and have a

term of 6 years from the date of grant with 25% vesting after one year of grant date and the remainder vesting

in equal monthly installments over a 36-month period following the date of grant. The stock options may be

exercised at a price of CAD 2.5 per share, being the closing price of the Company's common shares on the TSX

Venture Exchange on December 15, 2022.

The stock options were granted pursuant to the stock option plan of the Company dated April 9, 2020, as most

recently approved by the shareholders of the Company on June 30, 2022.
