REBEL CAPITAL 2.0 CORP. ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS AND

OFFICERS

Calgary, Alberta – September 23, 2019 – Rebel Capital 2.0 Corp. (TSXV: RBZ.P)

("Rebel Capital " or the " Corporation") is pleased to announce the appointments of

Charles MaLette as Director and Chief Executive Officer, and Lance Morginn as Director and

Chief Financial Officer. Mr. MaLette’s appointment is in replacement of Mr. Mihalis Belantis’

resignation, and Mr. Morgin n’s appointment is in replacement of Mr. Christopher Reid’s

resignation, all effective as of today's date.

Charles MaLette spent the past 35 years as a Senior Investment advisor at Canaccord

Genuity. He left December 31, 2018. During that time he raised a significant amount of

money for public companies through private placements, IPOs and reverse mergers.

Lance Morginn is the current President of Big Blockchain Group (a CSE listed company) . He

is the founder and over the last 2 years raised $23 million. He has over 20 years’ experience

as a director of public companies. He was a founding director of Western S hores Interactive

in 1999, a company which reached a market cap of $400 million.
