AND RESTATED STOCK OPTION PLAN

WINNIPEG, MB – December 14, 2023 – Anacott Acquisition Corporation (TSXV: AAC.P) (the

“Company” or “ Anacott”) announces that, following the approval of the shareholders of the

Company (the "Shareholders") at the annual general and special meeting of Shareholders held

on October 20, 2023, the Company adopted the second amended and restated stock option plan
