Vancouver, British Columbia – May 21, 2025 – Rackla Metals Inc. (TSX-V: RAK) (the “Company ”) is pleased

to announce that it has been invited to present at the Emerging Growth Conference on May 22nd at 10:50

ET. We invite individual and institutional investors as well as advisors and analysts to attend this real time,

interactive presentation.

This live online event will give shareholders and the investment community the opportunity to interact

with the Company’s CEO Simon Ridgway in real time.

Mr. Ridgway will give a 30 minute presentation and may subsequently open the floor for questions. Please
