Rackla Metals proposes extension of previously issued private

placement warrants

January 11, 2021; Vancouver, BC : Rackla Metals Inc. (TSX -V: RAK) announces that its management has

determined that it is in the best interests of the Company to extend the expiry date of certain previously

issued private placement warrants. Accordingly, subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance, the expiry

date of outstanding warrants to purchase a total of 5,000,000 common shares at $0.15 per share will be

extended by one year to February 11, 2022.
