Exchange withdraws notice to transfer Rackla to NEX

November 10, 2020; Vancouver, BC: Rackla Metals Inc. (TSX -V: RAK) is pleased to report that as the

Company currently meets the continued listing requirements for a Tier 2 listed company, the TSX Venture

Exchange has withdrawn its previously issued notice to transfer to NEX.

Management of Rackla Metals is encouraged by the renewed strength in the precious metals market and

is actively seeking new projects for acquisition as the Company continues to advance its Rivier Project in

the Yukon.
