Rain City Resources Inc. (CSE: RAIN) Announces Change to Board of Directors

November 8, 2024– Vancouver, BC – Rain City Resources Inc. (RAIN:CSE) (the “Company” or

“RAIN”) announces the resignation of Mr. Christopher Reynolds from the Company’s Board of

Directors effective November 6, 2024. Mr. Reynolds resigned in order to pursue alternate business

opportunities.
