RAIN ANNOUNCES ADDITION TO ADVISORY BOARD AND ENGAGEMENT OF
COMMUNICATIONS FIRM
Vancouver, BC – July 17, 2024 - Rain City Resources Inc. (RAIN: CSE) (the “Com-
pany” or “Rain”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Señor Sebastian Quiñones
to the Advisory Board.
Señor Quiñones is based in Santiago, Chile, where he studied legal and social sci-
ences at the Universidad Academia. Post graduation he commenced working in the
mining industries of Argentina, Bolivia and Chile, where he developed a network within
the concession owners and the mining community. Since 2018, he has represented
clients in precious and strategic metals trading in Colombia, the Middle East and sub-
Saharan Africa. He also sits on various professional bodies such as the Chilean Cham-
ber of Lithium and the International Lithium Chamber. Sebastian has been involved in
numerous exploration and mining projects, working with both foreign and domestic
private and public entities.
Commenting on the appointment, and welcoming Sebastian to the company, Rain’s
Chairman, David Shaw, stated “with his regional experience in Latin America and his
global network of mining company and downstream commodity contacts, we believe
Sebastian will be an invaluable addition to our advisory board as we strive to advance
and commercially apply our lithium processing technology.”
Rain also announces that it has engaged Senergy Communications Capital Inc. (“Sen-
ergy”) to provide investor relations and online communications services to the Com-
pany. Senergy’s services will consist of content creation, strategic messaging, and
corporate communications.
Senergy has been retained for an initial period of three months commencing on July
17th, 2024, and will continue thereafter on a month-to-month basis. In consideration of
the services provided by Senergy, the Company has agreed to pay Senergy a fee of
$5,000 plus GST per month. Senergy and its principal and Chief Executive Of-
ficer Aleem Fidai, are at arm’s l ength to the Company and have advised they do not
own any securities in the Company.
