QURI-MAYU ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT
News Release - Vancouver, British Columbia, December 6 , 2024 – Quri-Mayu Resources
Developments Ltd. (TSXV: QURI) (the " Company") announce s that further to its news release
dated October 23, 2024, the TSX Venture Exchange (the “ TSXV”) has granted the Company an
extension until January 5, 2025, to complete its non-brokered private placement (the "Offering")
of up to 17,500,000 units (each, a "Unit") at a price of $0.02 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to
$350,000.
Each Unit consists of one common share (a " Share") and one common share purchase warrant
(each, a "Warrant") of the Company. Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one S hare (a
"Warrant Share") for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of issue at an exercise price
of $0.05 per Warrant Share, subject to an acceleration provision in the event the trading price of
the Shares equals or exceeds $0.10 for a period of 10 consecutive days.
The Company does not expect to pay finder’s fees in connection with the Offering.
The Company intends to use the proceeds from the Offering for exploration activities at its AT
property and for working capital requirements. There may be circumstances, however, where,
for sound business reasons, a reallocation of funds may be necessary.
Completion of the Offering remains subject to the approval of the TSXV. All securities to be issued
pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a statutory hold period in accordance with applicable
Canadian securities laws.
