Minfocus Receives Second Request For Shareholder Meeting
May 23, 2018 - Minfocus Exploration Corp. (TSX -V: MFX) (“Minfocus” or “Company” ) Minfocus
reports that it received a letter on May 17, 2018 requisitioning a meeting of the Minfocus shareholders
(the “Request”).
The Special Committee of independent Minfocus directors , previously appointed by the Board of
Directors of the Company, will review the Request and report in due course.
