Minfocus Confirms No Delivery of a Requisition for a Shareholder Meeting by
GreenBank Capital in Accordance with the BC Business Corporations Act
March 1 6, 201 8 - Minfocus Exploration Corp. (TSX -V: MFX) (“Minfocus” or “Company” ) wishes to
confirm, contrary to the news release disseminated by GreenBank Capital Inc. (“ GreenBank”), issued on
March 1 5, 2018 (“ GB News Release ”), in which GreenBank announced again that it had requisitioned a
shareholder meeting of Minfocus Exploration Corp. pursuant to section 167 of the British Columbia
Business Corporations Act (the “ Act”), t hat as of the close of business yesterday March 1 5, 2018, the
Company has not received a requisition for a shareholder meeting delivered in accordanc e with the
requirements of the Act.
The Board of Directors of Minfocus will respond accordingly when, and if, it receives a requisition delivered
in accordance with the British Columbia Business Corporations Act. No such requisition has been delivered
to Minfocus in accordance with the Act to date, contrary to the claims by GreenBank.
