Minfocus Announces Change to Board of Directors and Effective Date of Share Consolidation

MINFOCUS ANNOUNCES CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
AND EFFECTIVE DATE OF SHARE CONSOLIDATION
August 13, 2021 - Minfocus Exploration Corp. (TSX.V: MFX) (“Minfocus” or the “Company”) is pleased to
announce the appointment of Kevin Bottomley to the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Bottomley is an
accomplished capital markets advisor , successfully raising over $100M over the span of 15 years with a
primary focus on early -stage opportunities . The founder of Corvidian Capital, he has cultivated strong
relationships with a broad base of investors based in North America.
Dr. Graham Wilson has stepped down as a director of the Company, effective immediately.
Alicia Milne, Minfocus President and CEO, commented, "Graham has been a core member of the Minfocus
team since its public listing in 2012 and has made many key contributions to the Company. On behalf of
the Board of Directors, we thank him for his long-standing dedication and guidance."
Minfocus also announces that , further to its news release of August 3, 2021, the TSX Venture Exchange
has approved the consolida tion of the common shares of the Company (each, a “ Share”) on the basis of
five (5 ) pre-consolidation Shares for one (1) post -consolidation Share (the “Consolidation”). The
Consolidation will become effective at the opening of the market on August 1 7, 2021 at which point the
total issued and outstanding of the Company will be 4,982,159 Shares, subject to adjustments for
rounding.
Letters of transmittal will be mailed to registered shareholders providing instructions on exchanging pre-
consolidation share certificates for post-consolidation share certificates. Minfocus shall continue to trade
on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “MFX”.
