VANCOUVER, BC June 23, 2014 – Quadro Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: QRO) (“Quadro” or the “Corporation”) announces its Annual General and Special Meeting to be held Tuesday August 5, 2014 at the Company’s office at Suite 1410, 1030 West Georgia Street, in Vancouver, British Columbia.

On the agenda for the meeting for shareholders to consider will be the election of directors, appointment of auditors and an amendment to the Company’s Articles to include Advance Notice Provisions.
