METALS INC. AND THE MAX MINE AND MILL

Vancouver, British Columbia – March 30, 2021 – Metallica Metals Corp. (CSE: MM) (OTC: MTALF)

(FWB: SY7P) (the “Company” or “Metallica Metals”) announces that the non -binding letter of intent

(“LOI”) to sell FortyTwo Metals Inc. and the MAX Mine and Mill (see Metallica Metal’s (formerly Cameo

Industries Corp) press release dated November 4 , 2020) has been terminated in accordance with the

provisions of the LOI.
