METALLICA METALS ANNOUNCES OTC TRADING SYMBOL CHANGE TO "MTALF"
EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 2, 2021
Vancouver, British Columbia – February 2, 2021 – Me tallica Metals Corp. (CSE: MM) (OTC: MTALF)
(FWB: SY7P) (the “Company” or “Metallica Metals ”) is pleased to announce that the Financial Indust ry
Regulatory Authority Inc. (" FINRA ") has approved the Company's request to change its OTC ticker symbol
from CRUUF to MTALF, effective as of the opening of market trading on February 2, 2021.
No action is required to be taken by current shareholders with relation to the trading symbol change. The
Company’s common shares will continue to trade on t he Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) under the
symbol CSE: MM, as well as the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol FWB: SY7P.
