QMC EXTENDS WARRANT EXPIRY
December 24, 202 4, Vancouver, British Columbia: QMC Quantum Minerals Corp., (TSX. V: QMC)
(FSE: 3LQ) (OTC PINK: QMCQF) (“QMC” or "the Company") has filed to extend the expiration date of
3,500,000 common share purchase warrants by two years. The warrants are exercisable into common
shares of the company at a price of $0.15 per share. The warrants were issued pursuant to a non-brokerage
private placement of 3.5-million units at a price of $0.10 per unit on December 30, 2022. The warrants are
due to expire on December 30, 2024 and, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, will have an amended
expiry date of December 30, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the warrants, including the exercise
price, remain the same.
About the Company
QMC is a British Columbia-based company engaged in the business of acquisition, exploration and development
of resource properties. Its objective is to locate and develop precious, base and rare metal resource properties of
merit. The Company’s properties include the Irgon Lithium Mine Project and two VMS properties, the Rocky
Lake and Rocky -Namew, known collectively as the Namew Lake District Project. Currently, all of the
company’s properties are located in Manitoba.
