VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – (August 19, 202 1) - Power Metals Corp. ("Power Metals
Corp." or the " Company") (TSX VENTURE:PWM)(FRANKFURT:OAA1) (OTC:PWRMF) announces
the grant of 2,500,000 incentive stock options to officers, directors, employees and consultants
of the Company. The options are exercisable at a price of $0. 22 per share for a period of five
years from the date of grant.
