PANTHER MINERALS ANNOUNCES PRIVATE
PLACEMENT OF UP TO $1,000,000
Vancouver, British Columbia / April 22, 2024 – Panther Minerals Inc. (“Panther Minerals” or the
“Company”) (CSE: PURR) (OTC: GLIOF) (FWB: 2BC) is pleased to announce its intention to complete
a non-brokered private placement of common shares in the capital of the Company priced at $0.20 (each, a
“Share”) per Share for a target amount of up to C$1,000,000 (the “Private Placement”).
All Shares issued as part of this offering will be subject to a standard four-month hold period from the date of
issue. The Company may close the offering in one or more tranches. Insider participation in the Private
Placement is not anticipated at this time.
