Premier American Uranium Announces Management Change

Toronto, ON, November 29, 2024 – Premier American Uranium Inc. (“PUR”, the “Company” or

“Premier”) (TSXV: PUR) (OTCQB: PAUIF) announces that David Suda, President of the Company, has

resigned from his position effective December 1, 2024, to pursue other opportunities.
