Precipitate Announces Resignation of Director
Vancouver, B.C. – January 2, 2026 – Precipitate Gold Corp. (the “ Company” or “Precipitate”) (TSXV: PRG,
OTCQB: PREIF) announces that Lon Shaver has resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective
December 30, 2025.
The Board and management thank Mr. Shaver for his contributions during his tenure and wish him the best
in his future endeavors.
