Ethos Gold Corp. Announces Extension of Share Purch ase Warrants
Vancouver, B.C., Canada – April 9, 2018, Ethos Gold Corp . (“ Ethos ” or the “ Company ”) (TSXV:ECC)
announces that the Company intends to extend the ex ercise period of a total of 3,876,470
outstanding share purchase warrants, all of which a re exercisable at $0.30 per share (collectively,
the " Warrants "). The Warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement completed on May 12,
2016. The new expiration date of the Warrants is No vember 12, 2019. The exercise price of the
Warrants will remain unchanged. The Warrant extensi on is subject to the acceptance of the TSX
Venture Exchange.
