Ethos Applies to Extend Warrants

Vancouver, BC – May 23, 2019, Ethos Gold Corp. (“Ethos” or the “Co mpany”)

(TSXV:ECC) (OTCQB:ETHOF) announces that the Company has applied to the TSX

Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”) to exend the term of 3,876,470 common share

purchase warrants currently set to expire on Novemb er 12, 2019 (the “Warrants”) to

May 12, 2021. The Warrants were originally issued p ursuant to a private placement of

units completed by the Company on May 12, 2016. The exercise price of the Warrants

will remain at $0.30.

The amendment to extend the expiry date of the Warr ants to May 12, 2021 is subject to

the approval of the TSXV.
