the “Company”) announces that it has appointed its President and CEO, Chris McLeod, as the Corporate Secretary of the

Company, effective immediately, following the resignation Chelsia Cheam as Corporate Secretary. The Company wishes

Ms. Cheam well in her future endeavors.
