Red Oak Announces Appointment of New Director

VANCOUVER, April 29th, 2019 – Red Oak Mining Corp. (“Red Oak” or “Company”) (TSX-V:

ROC.H), is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Tyler Lowes to the Company’s Board

of Directors.

Mr. Lowes is Vice President of Corporate Development at Cronin Capital a boutique merchant

bank based in Vancouver. Mr. Lowes is an accomplished capital markets professional with

experience in marketing, strategy, venture capital and business development and has

overseen the corporate development function of various private and public companies within

the resource and technology sectors.
