CMX Confirms TSXV Approval of Previous Private Placement
Toronto, ON. December 21, 2018 . Chilean Metals Inc. (“Ch ilean Metals” “CMX” or the
“Company”)(TSX.V:CMX, OTCQB: CMETF, SSE :CMX, MILA:CMX, FRA: IVV1, BER:
IVV1).
The Company announces that it has received final TSX Venture Exchange approval of its
previous private placement of hard dollar units and flow-through units that was closed in June
2018. Please refer to the Company’ s earlier news releas e of June 8, 2018 which discloses the
closing details. The Company expects its shares to resume trading shortly after Christmas.

analyzing and drilling these properties in the summer of 2018.
