Golden Birch Resources Inc. Announces Grant of Stock Options
Timmins, Ontario (June 23, 2021) - Golden Birch Resources Inc. (CSE:GBRX) (“Golden Birch” or
the “Company”) announces that pursuant to the Company’s stock option plan and the policies of
the Canadian Securities Exchange, it has granted 419,000 stock options to purchase Class A
common shares (“Shares”) of the Company at a price of $0.20 per Share for a period of four years
to certain directors and consultants of the Company.
