Golden Birch Resources Inc. Announces Grant of Stock Options
Timmins, Ontario (October 23, 2020) - Golden Birch Resources Inc. (CSE:GBRX) (“Golden Birch” or the
“Company”) announces that pursuant to the Company’s stock option plan and the policies of the Canadian
Securities Exchange, it has granted 1,125,000 stock options to purchase common shares (“ Shares”) of the
Company at a price of $0.20 per Share for a period of four years to certain consultants, employees, directors,
and officers of the Company.
