PATRIOT PETROLEUM CORP. ANNCOUNCES RESULTS OF AGM

December 10, 2015 - Vancouver, BC (TSX-V: PPC) Patriot Petroleum Corp. ("Patriot" or the "Company") announces that at the annual general shareholder meeting held on December 3, 2015, Gavin Cooper, the Company’s President, Kyle Stevenson and William L. MacDonald were elected as directors of the Company for the ensuing year. Martin Bajic and Sean Dickenson did not stand for re-election at the meeting and, as such, have ceased to serve as directors of the Company effective December 3, 2015. The Board of Directors extends thanks to Mr. Bajic and Mr. Dickenson for their contributions to the Company during the time they served as directors.

At the meeting, shareholders also re-appointed Crowe MacKay LLP, Chartered Accountants, as auditor of the Company for the ensuing year and gave annual approval to the Company’s stock option incentive plan, as required by the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
