Playfair has been cease traded by the British Columbia Securities Commission for failure to file

its annual audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended February 28, 2025, in a timely

manner. The CTO will remain in place until the financials and corresponding MD&A and

certifications are filed.

The company is working with its auditors to have the financials finalized as soon as possible,

and will provide updates as available.
