Playfair grants incentive stock options

Playfair Mining Ltd. announces the grant of 2,700,000 incentive stock options to various directors,

officers and consultants of the Compan y pursuant to its Stock Option Plan . The options are

exercisable at $0.05 per share for a term of 5 years following the date of grant. The option grant

is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
