Playfair Closes Private Placement

Playfair Mining is pleased to announce that it has closed the non-brokered private

placement announced on April 3, 2019. The Company has issued 8,700,000 common

shares at $0.05 per share for gross proceeds of $ 435,000. All securities issued are

subject to a hold period expiring four months and one day from the date of issuance. No

finder’s fees were paid in connection with this placement.

The proceeds will be used for exploration on the RKV project in South Central Norway

and for general working capital purposes.
