Forty Pillars Mining Corp. Appoints New Director
Vancouver, B.C. – Aug, 1 2025 ‐ Forty Pillars Mining Corp. (CSE: PLLR) (the “Company” or “Forty
Pillars”) is pleased to announce that Mark Ireton has been appointed as a director of the Company in place
of Dorian Banks who has resigned as a director.
Mr. Ireton has 35 years of experience in finance including his time with Royal Bank of Canada and
Canadian Western Bank plus U.S. premier banks and leading tier 2 lending institutions. He played a role
in lending across both public and private markets, particularly in manufacturing, aviation, reorganizations,
and acquisitions —including both leveraged buyouts (LBOs) and management buyouts (MBOs) . He
currently has nine years of public markets experience with a focus on mining exploration. Mr. Ireton has
been director of multiple public companies including President and CEO for Noram Lithium Corp., and
Supreme Critical Metals Inc. During his time with Noram, h e assisted with the development and
advancement of its flagship asset.
