FORTY PILLARS ABDIYE RESIGNS AS CFO

Vancouver, British Columbia —October 18, 2021 — Forty Pillars Mining Corp. (the “Com-

pany” or “Forty Pillars”) (CSE:PLLR) announces that Abbey Abdiye has resigned as CFO of the

Company effective October 15, 2021 to pursue other opportunities. The Company thanks him for

his services and wishes him the best in his future endeavors.

The Company announces that Gary Schellenberg, a director of the Company, has been appointed

as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The Company will seek a new permanent

CFO to be appointed by December 1, 2021.
